Paul Cook serves as the Director of Technical Service and Customer Experience for North America at QIAGEN since April 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at Abbott from September 2011 to April 2022, including Director of Americas Service & Support, Senior Global Service and Support Engineer, and Lead Field Service Specialist, focusing on the installation, repair, and maintenance of complex molecular instrumentation in the UK and Ireland. Paul began his career at Beckman Coulter as an Immunoassay Technical Support Specialist from September 2006 to September 2011. Paul holds an HND in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Kilmarnock College, obtained between 1999 and 2001.
