Archie Capinguian

Archie Capinguian has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. Archie is currently serving as a Regulatory and Compliance Counsel at QIC since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Vice President, Alternatives at DWS Group from November 2019 to December 2022. Archie also held a role in Legal and Compliance at BNP Paribas Asset Management from October 2015 to November 2019. Archie has experience as an Independent Compliance Consultant at Compliance Consulting from October 2014 to September 2015. Archie started their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Beugelmans, LLP in May 2014. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Lubiner & Schmidt, LLC, specializing in securities litigation, regulation, commercial and business litigation, and employment matters from 2010 to 2014. Archie began their legal journey as a Law Clerk at Carella Byrne from 2007 to 2009.

Archie Capinguian pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from San Beda College from 1996 to 2000. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to attend New York Law School, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from 2004 to 2008.
