Chris MacAlpine

Chris Macalpine has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chris is currently working at QIC as a Senior Manager in the Global Infrastructure division since July 2023. Prior to this, they held positions as a Manager and an Associate in the same department from July 2022 to June 2023 and from April 2020 to June 2022, respectively.

In 2022, Chris had a secondment with Tilt Renewables, where they served as the Corporate Development & Strategy Manager from March to June.

Before joining QIC and Tilt Renewables, Chris worked at J.P. Morgan as an Associate in Investment Banking from January to April 2020 and as an Analyst from February 2017 to January 2020.

Chris Macalpine's career began in the Australian Army in 2014, where they served as an Officer Cadet from May 2014 to November 2015.

Prior to embarking on their professional journey, Chris gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at Slipstream Capital Limited from November 2013 to November 2014. Additionally, they served as a College Area Tutor in Business & Economics at St John's College, within the University of Sydney, from August 2013 to November 2014.

Chris Macalpine attended the University of Sydney from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Finance.
