Simon Friedrichs has over 20 years of experience in project management and development in the retail and construction industries. Simon started their career as a Project Coordinator at Polymedia Pty Ltd in 1995 before moving on to become a Project Manager at Tabasco Design Pty Ltd in 1996. At Tabasco Design Pty Ltd, Simon was responsible for on time and on budget construction and delivery of motor show stands for various car manufacturers. In 2002, Simon joined Claude Neon Pty Ltd as a Senior Project Manager, where they worked until 2007. During this time, they gained experience in managing projects and overseeing teams. Simon's most recent role was as a Development Manager at QIC, where they delivered multiple high-quality retail projects, such as the refurbishment of Robina Town Centre and the development of the Canberra Centre. In this role, Simon built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders and managed various aspects of the projects.

Simon Friedrichs has a diverse education history spanning several institutions and fields of study.
