William Rogers

Project Leasing Executive - Castle Towers at QIC

William Rogers has extensive experience in retail leasing and project management. William started their career as a Retail Leasing Executive at JLL, where they worked on various retail assets for landlords. During this time, they were responsible for the leasing strategy, demographic analysis, and leasing delivery for clients such as FKP Shopping Development, Woolworths Portfolio, GPT, Mirvac, Dexus, Government Super, Suncorp, and Investa.

After that, Rogers joined Westfield in 2010 as a Leasing Executive, where they worked on the Western Sydney portfolio. William successfully delivered leasing Key Performance Indicators for Liverpool and Mt Druitt, as well as contributed to the leasing strategy for Parramatta and Penrith. Additionally, they worked as a Leasing Executive at Westfield Warringah Mall and was involved in the joint venture between AMP Capital and Westfield Group.

Rogers then joined Scentre Group, the owner and operator of Westfield in Australia and New Zealand. William served as a Project & Operational Leasing Executive, responsible for income delivery and repositioning a center in southern Sydney. William also played a key role in the redevelopments, attracting international mini majors such as Zara, Apple, Top Shop, and Uniqlo.

Later, Rogers worked as a Leasing Executive at Vicinity Centres and was involved in the pre-development phase of the Chatswood Chase Sydney shopping center. Their role included curating a selection of specialty retailers, including iconic international and Australian designer brands.

Currently, Rogers works at QIC as a Project Leasing Executive for the redevelopment of the Castle Towers Shopping Centre in Castle Hill. This project aims to transform the center into one of Australia's most prominent urban shopping centers, with a masterplan that includes residential towers, a hotel, an office building, and an entertainment and leisure precinct.

William Rogers attended SHORE from 1992 to 2000, but the specific degree or field of study they pursued during that time is unknown. From 2001 to 2002, they enrolled at APN College of Business and Communication and obtained an Advanced Diploma in Marketing and Public Relations. Finally, from 2005 to 2007, they attended Western Sydney University where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Property, although the completion or degree status is unspecified.
