The Role

Our CRM team is growing! We’re looking for an ambitious, target-driven, and experienced CRM marketeer to join our team in London. Responsibilities will include campaign management and execution, regular A/B testing, reporting on performance to the wider business, and welcome journey optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily performance tracking of KPIs using Tableau and Adobe.
  • Working closely with the Data Team to ensure we have an accurate view of performance and are in a strong position to identify opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user journeys and general engagement and then work with product/design to bring improvements to life.
  • Regular reviews of the segmentation model and identification of opportunities to enhance our current offering for customers.
  • Regular meetings and training sessions with a small, remote team to ensure their goals are aligned with both yours and the companies.
  • Keeping a vigilant eye on industry best practices and competitor trends to guarantee that CRM plans remain pertinent and are executed to the utmost standard.
  • Suggesting viable ideas and solutions that propel business performance forward and enhance the customer experience.
  • Fostering a data-driven mindset within the team and embracing a rigorous test-and-learn methodology for CRM (such as A/B testing and Control Testing), with a commitment to capturing all insights to enhance future marketing campaigns.
  • Guaranteeing that all CRM activities comply with regulatory standards in all domains and regions, all the while retaining a thorough understanding of licensing frameworks.
  • Developing a predictor/free-to-play style game to maximise customer engagement and generate new leads.
  • Keeping up to date with the sporting calendar so we can focus on delivering relevant, event-driven campaigns.

About You:

  • Interact with a range of different departments and build strong cross-departmental relationships.
  • Make sound, logical decisions and have the drive to see projects through to completion.
  • Commercially minded, data literate with strong analytical skills and comfortable in using raw data to draw useful conclusions and make up decisions.
