Overview

As a CRM Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our casino partners. Your primary focus will be on operational tasks related to CRM, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between our company and our partners. You will analyse data to identify trends and opportunities, optimise campaigns, and drive revenue growth through targeted marketing efforts. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimising the customer experience and maximising the value of our partnerships within the dynamic and competitive casino industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Regular meetings with the partner account manager(s)

  • Updating relevant internal teams on upcoming product features and updates

  • Working closely with the acquisition team to ensure they have up to date offers and terms pages created.

  • Monitoring bonus spend and reducing bonus abuse/overbonusing

  • Working closely with the design team to ensure email templates, banners and onsite creative is up to date

  • Regular reporting to ensure the wider business is up to date with performance and also on upcoming projects

  • Identifying reporting gaps and working closely with the BI team to resolve these

  • Fostering a data-driven mindset within the team and embracing a rigorous test-and-learn methodology for CRM (such as A/B testing and Control Testing), with a commitment to capturing all insights to enhance future marketing campaigns.

Experience required

  • Previous experience in a role that required high attention to detail

  • Experience working with multiple teams and managing different demands

  • Working in a fast paced environment
