Lenaye Willis-Lloyd

LeNaye Willis-Lloyd has extensive work experience in contracts and management roles. LeNaye is currently the Senior Vice President of Contracts at QinetiQ US, where they provide executive level leadership and oversees a team of contracts professionals. Prior to this, they worked at Avantus Federal as a Senior Vice President, responsible for contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and security. LeNaye also held the role of Vice President of Contract Operations at Avantus Federal, where they provided executive leadership for the contract management function. LeNaye has also worked at C2 Technologies as the Vice President of Contracts, where they led a performance turnaround and served as a GSA Federal Supply Schedule program expert. Earlier in their career, they worked at LMI in various roles including Director of Contracts, Deputy Director of Contracts, Senior Contracts Manager, and Contracts Manager. LeNaye also gained experience at Abt Associates as a Contracts Administrator/Program Associate and at RONCO Consulting Company as a Program Associate. Throughout their career, LeNaye has demonstrated expertise in contract administration, risk analysis for mergers and acquisitions, team leadership, and policy development.

LeNaye Willis-Lloyd earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UCLA in 1990. LeNaye went on to further their education and received a Master of Arts degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1992 to 1994.
