Principal Human Factors Specialist at QinetiQ

Victoria Cutler has a diverse work experience in the field of human factors. Victoria is currently working as a Principal Human Factors Specialist at QinetiQ since October 2021. Prior to that, they were with Lockheed Martin where they held the positions of Human Factors Associate Manager from January 2019 to September 2021, and Human Factors Design Engineer from February 2018 to December 2018.

Victoria also has experience with the UK Ministry of Defence as the Head of Aviation Psychology from November 2012 to February 2018. Victoria has previous roles at QinetiQ as a Senior Human Factors Consultant from April 2007 to November 2012, and as a Human Factors Consultant from September 2003 to April 2007.

Victoria'searly career includes a placement as a student at QinetiQ from August 2001 to August 2002 and a Wellcome Trust Research Studentship at Cardiff University from June 2001 to July 2001.

Victoria Cutler obtained a BSc in Psychology from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1999 to 2003. Victoria then went on to complete a PG Certificate in Management from the University of Bath from 2006 to 2008. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued an MSc in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from the University of East London. Victoria Cutler also holds additional certifications from the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors, including being a Chartered Ergonomist and Human Factors Specialist and a Fellow of the CIEHF.
