Steven Ng has extensive experience in quality assurance, operations management, and technical support, spanning over three decades in the technology sector. Currently, as Senior Manager for Quality and Repair Service at Qisda America Corp. since July 2006, Steven leads a team in field product quality data review and continuous quality improvement initiatives for various electronic products. Prior to this role, Steven served as Asia Operation Director at Primarion, overseeing engineering and supply chain teams in Taiwan, and held technical roles at CHICONY POWER USA, Dell, Lead Year Enterprise, and AcBel Polytech. Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University.
