Daysha Moes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Culture & Talent Business Partner at Qlik since October 2021, Daysha played a key role during the company's acquisition of Big Squid AI, focusing on operational transitions and scaling the AutoML team significantly. Prior to Qlik, Daysha was a Senior Manager of Operations at Big Squid, overseeing various departments including HR and IT, and managing employee relations and benefits during the pandemic. Daysha's earlier roles include significant positions at the University of Utah and the University of Georgia, where responsibilities included strategic planning, recruiting, and staff development. Daysha holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Education from Fort Lewis College.
