Christian Archeval

Christian Archeval has a strong background in engineering and project management. Christian currently holds the position of Senior Project Engineer at QMED Innovations, Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport for 10 years from 2012 to 2022, starting as a Mechanical Engineer and later moving into an unspecified role. Christian also worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at QMed Innovations, Inc. from 2019 to 2020. In 2013, Christian served as the Engineering Director at Caribbean Biodiesel Solution. Christian gained research experience as a Micro-Turbine Technology Researcher at LifeScan in 2012. Christian began their career as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Physics Department of the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, conducting studies in Nano-Magnetic Materials in 2007.

Christian Archeval obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, where they studied from 2004 to 2012. Prior to attending university, Christian attended Colegio Ponceño from 1992 to 2004, although the degree and field of study obtained during this time are not specified.

In addition to their formal education, Christian has obtained several certifications. In February 2013, they received the Systems Planning, Research, Development and Engineering (SPRDE) Systems Engineer Level I Certification from the Defense Acquisition University. In June 2015, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Department of Navy. Christian then earned the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Department of Navy in April 2017.

Furthermore, in April 2018, Christian acquired the Systems Planning, Research, Development and Engineering (SPRDE) Systems Engineer Level II Certification from the Defense Acquisition University. Christian'smost recent certification is the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, which they received from the Department of Navy in September 2019.
