Stella Lai

Stella Lai has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Stella most recently worked as the Director of Business Operations at QMS Medicosmetics, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Hella Gutmann Solutions GmbH, including Business Project Manager Operations, Head of Sales Service, and Project Manager Strategy & Business Development. Stella joined Hella Gutmann Solutions GmbH in August 2019 and left in March 2022. Before that, Stella worked at DJO as a Project Management Officer, Business Process Analyst, and Manager Customer Service/Inside Sales. Stella also held a managerial role at Wheelabrator Group as the Manager Customer Service. Stella started their career at ODD Direct Dienstleistungen as a Sales Assistant and then moved on to Himpex Hermes und Harzer Papiervermarktung GmbH, where they worked as a Management Trainee.

From 2000 to 2003, Stella attended the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), where they obtained a degree in Diplombetriebswirtin/Economics Bachelor of Arts. Their field of study was Wirtschaftsinformatik Materialwirtschaft und Produktionswirtschaft.

In 2013, Stella returned to the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) for their Master's degree. Stella completed their Master of Business Administration (M.A.) in 2015, focusing on Healthcare Management, Strategy, and Project Management.

In 2002, Stella attended UC Santa Barbara for a short period as part of a Bachelor term program, studying Business Management.

Additionally, Stella has acquired several certifications. In November 2022, they obtained a certification in React + Shopify (Headless CMS): Build a Custom Storefront from Udemy. Stella also holds a Six Sigma certification as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, accredited by the Six Sigma Academy Amsterdam, obtained in October 2022. In July 2022, Stella completed a certification in Change-Management Führe wie ein Löwe durch Veränderungen from Udemy, as well as a certification in OKR - Agile Strategieumsetzung mit OKR (Objectives and Key Results) from LinkedIn. In May 2022, they obtained a certification in Persönlichkeitsentwicklung: Werde zu deiner besten Version from Benjamin Schollän.
