Muzaffer Hacıoğlu

Muzaffer Hacıoğlu has diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Muzaffer started their career in 1998 at Garanti BBVA, where they worked in the Training and Development Department for eight years. In 2006, they joined Sütas Group as a Recruitment Manager. Since 2007, they have been working at QNB Finansbank, where they have held various roles within the HR department. These roles include Recruitment and Career Management Assistant Manager, Manager of HR Recruitment and Career Management, Division Manager of HR Strategic Planning, Recruitment and Career Management, and currently as the Director of Recruitment, Organization, Performance, and Talent Management.

Muzaffer Hacıoğlu attended Ankara University from 1994 to 1998, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In 2019 to 2020, they completed a Co-Active Professional Coaching Certification from CTI Coach Training Institute.
