Mike MacBrair

Mike MacBrair has a diverse work experience spanning across various fields, mainly in sales and engineering. Mike has held various positions at multiple companies, beginning with two manufacturing engineer internships at G&H Technology in 2004 and 2005. Mike then joined Cooper Interconnect in 2006 as a New Product Development Jr. Engineer and later New Product Development Engineer. In 2009, they transitioned to Glenair, where they worked as a Technical Sales Lead, Program Manager for Space and Launch projects, and Technical Sales for Mighty Mouse Connectors and Cable Assemblies until 2013. Mike then joined Amphenol Aerospace as a Business Development Manager for High Speed and Micro-Miniature Solutions. From 2015 to 2018, Mike worked at WEMS Electronics as Vice President Sales and Marketing, where they achieved tripled opportunities for new products and programs, established a private labeling agreement, created a new sales team methodology and assessed compensation plans. In 2018, Mike joined Carlisle Interconnect Technologies, where they held various global sales leadership positions in Defense, Space, and Test and Measurement until 2021. In 2021, they became the Vice President of Sales, Engineered Products at Trexon, where they served until 2022, when they joined Qnnect as the Vice President of Sales Aerospace and Defense.

Mike MacBrair completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, between the years 2001-2006. During the same time period, they also pursued Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the same university. Later, from 2004-2006, they completed their minor in Technical Management from the Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Davis. Mike also obtained a certification in Strategic Leadership from the Center for Creative Leadership in July 2019.
