Lilach Eigher

Lilach Eigher has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Lilach has worked at Qognify, part of Hexagon, since 2018 as a Director and Head of PMO. In this role, they lead a PMO team and focuses on directing the R&D organization to success. Lilach also transitioned the R&D team to Agile methodology and implemented relevant tools and an adapted scrum team structure. Lilach actively engages with management and colleagues to implement new processes.

Before joining Qognify, Lilach worked at Nokia as a Project Manager from 2015 to 2018. Lilach also held a Project Manager role at NICE Systems from 2014 to 2015 and a Service Delivery Project Manager role at HP Software from January to June 2014.

Lilach's earlier work experience includes four different roles at Comverse starting in 2004. Lilach worked as a Senior Project Manager from 2011 to 2013, focusing on strategic planning and the division's releases/resources map. Lilach also held a Project Manager role from 2008 to 2010 and a Planning and Control-PMO role from 2004 to 2008.

Lilach Eigher attended Rupin Academic from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Management Engineering. In 2011, they enrolled in Gevim Group for a Mediation for Managers program. Additionally, in 2010 to 2011, Lilach Eigher pursued Coaching for Managers at Gevim Group.
