Mark Lee

Mark Lee has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Mark is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Qoo10 and Qxpress Pte Ltd. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at OCI from 2019 to 2021. Mark also held the position of Co-Chief Executive Officer at Anda Asset Management Co., Ltd. from 2014 to 2019. Before joining Anda, they were the President of OCI Global Limited in 2014 and the Chief Financial Officer/Executive Vice President at OCI Company Ltd. from 2012 to 2014. Mark's career also includes roles as a Partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from 2007 to 2012, Counsel at Debevoise & Plimpton from 2004 to 2007, and Counsel at Skadden Arps from 1997 to 2004.

Mark Lee attended the University of Chicago from 1986 to 1990, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they completed between 1989 and 1993. Later, from 1993 to 1996, Mark attended the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.
