Adeshola Aliogo has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Adeshola started their career at Dangote Industries Limited as an HR Generalist/Recruitment & Organization Development Officer, where they handled recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires. Adeshola also served as an Account Officer, managing budgeting and payment processes.
After their time at Dangote, Adeshola joined Deloitte Nigeria as a Talent Acquisition & Mobility Specialist, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes and provided support to HRBPs and hiring managers. Adeshola also took on roles in Learning and Development and Performance Management/Employee Experience, implementing new strategies and delivering training programs.
Adeshola then worked as a Career Mentor at 9to5Chick, providing guidance and support to professionals. Adeshola also founded NaijaJobHub, an initiative focused on helping young professionals with career advancement through coaching, mentoring, and organizing events.
Further in their career, Adeshola held the position of Human Capital Business Partner at Sterling Bank Plc, providing strategic and operational support to Sterling Alternative Finance. Adeshola then joined Vendease (YC W21) as the Head of People Operations, where they built HR processes from scratch and provided strategic leadership to the people management team.
Most recently, Adeshola has been working as a Human Resources Consultant at Thrive HR Nigeria and as the Head of People & Culture at Qore. In these roles, they have been involved in various HR activities and initiatives.
