Werner Hoppe

Werner Hoppe has worked in the software development industry since 2001. Werner began their career at SilverSky as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for developing a process management system for a UK-based food services company. In 2012, they joined Aculocity as an Analyst Programmer and Client Engagement Manager, where they were responsible for managing the engagement with the client, conducting weekly steering committee meetings, allocating team resources, and performance monitoring. In 2017, they joined EOH Coastal as a Consultant/Analyst Programmer, where they worked at both Curo Fund Services and Old Mutual. At Curo Fund Services, they were part of a team that developed a new Client Portal and associated micro-services. At Old Mutual, they provided expertise in designing, developing, and implementing solutions through custom software solutions. Werner also worked at iOCO as a Consultant. Currently, they are employed at QorusDocs as a Technical Solutions Manager.

Werner Hoppe completed their Matric at Hottentots Holland High School between 1996 and 2000. Werner then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Stellenbosch Business School, where they studied Strategy, General Management, Finance and Leadership Studies from 2015 to 2016. Werner then completed a second M.B.A. at Université Laval, focusing on The Influence of Culture on Business in 2016.
