Shidush Contractor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as the Managing Director at All Pleasure Hong Kong and later took on the role of Associate Editor at The 852. In 2017, Shidush joined SOTC Travel Ltd. as a Sales representative, where they achieved impressive sales figures and successfully launched a new branch in Ahmedabad. They also handled over 600 client groups and utilized CRM systems for lead monitoring.

In 2018, Shidush became a Managing Partner at Starlit Weddings and later at Project Muziki, where they held the position until 2022. During their time at Collect Artists Network, Shidush worked as Chief of Staff to the Group CEO. In this role, they contributed to the organization's geographical expansions and assessed acquisition targets in the entertainment and influencer marketing space. They also collaborated with internal and external stakeholders, created models and dashboards for business development, and assisted with briefs and pitches for leading brands.

Prior to joining Qoruz in 2022 as Business Head for the Middle East and Northern Africa, Shidush worked at Nautone as the Business Head for the North region. In 2021, they also held a Partnerships & Alliances position at Xpresslane. Before that, Shidush worked as a Content Creator (YouTube) at Aur Bata in 2020.
