Bill Royal

Bill Royal is a Sr. Manager at Qorvo, Inc., currently responsible for the EDA team developing internal PDK, DRC, and LVS development for various technologies. Previously, Bill worked as a Group Manager at Volvo Group, led electrical engineering for truck designs, and managed new component development. Before that, Bill worked as a Director at Crane Co., overseeing device applications engineering and electrical & software engineering. Bill also has experience at Gilbarco Veeder Root as Manager of Payment Software Engineering and various roles as a Software Consultant and Systems Software Engineer. Bill holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University.
