Mike Shusta

Mike Shusta is an experienced engineer specializing in RFIC and module design, currently working at Qorvo, Inc. since December 2022. Prior to this role, Mike served in mmW IC Design at Anokiwave from August 2018 to December 2022 and held positions at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. and M/A-COM Technology Solutions focused on RFIC design. Early career experience includes positions as a Geophysics Radar Assistant at MIT Haystack Observatory and a mmW Radar Assistant at the Microwave Remote Sensing Laboratory. Mike holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics, both from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
