Vince co-founded Enspire DBS Therapy, Inc. and served as the Co-founder, Chairman, and CEO. Vince was also a co-founder and the CEO of Functional Neuromodulation, where they led the development of deep brain stimulation for patients with Alzheimer's Disease.
