Phil Martin

Phil is a multi-dimensional compliance professional with private sector and regulatory experience who leverages the capacity to self-serve and analyze data to enhance three lines of defense governance infrastructure. Prior to joining QRails, he performed anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance roles at Promontory Financial Group, Fintech unicorn WorldRemit, and Colorado’s Department of Revenue. He also founded a financial services compliance consultancy focused on high-risk industries, which was acquired in 2020.
