Amanda Gormaz

Amanda Gormaz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amanda is currently the Head of HR at Qred, a startup focused on providing financing products to entrepreneurs. Prior to this role, they served as the HR Lead and Talent Acquisition Partner at Qred.

Before joining Qred, Amanda worked at Kry as an Account/Operations Manager. Earlier in their career, Amanda worked as a Substitute Teacher at Hammarbackskolan and as a Nursing Assistant at Attendo. Amanda also gained valuable work experience as a Co-worker at Burger King Scandinavia, where they displayed versatility by performing multiple tasks such as cashier, kitchen work, and opening responsibilities.

Amanda Gormaz has a diverse education history. Amanda obtained their high school degree in 2009 from Östra Real High School, specializing in Social Science with a specialization in Law. In 2011, they attended two educational programs, namely Pylmon Language School in Barcelona for a month-long intensive course in advanced Spanish and the Service & Co- Independent Service School of Scandinavia for a Travel Guide education in Spain.

Moving forward, Amanda pursued their higher education at Lund University from 2012 to 2013, where they completed 30 Higher Education Credits. Amanda then attended Stockholm University from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management. Later, in 2017 and 2018, they attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and completed 48 Credit Points.

Additionally, Amanda Gormaz has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2016, they acquired a Certificate in Cut-e's recruitment tool from cut-e UK, Ireland, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Australia, and USA. Amanda also holds a Certificate in MAP, Matrigma & Mint, which they obtained from Assessio in October 2018. Most recently, in April 2020, they attained the Skyddsombudsrätt certification from Arbetsmiljöforum.
