Eugene Alyan

Eugene Alyan possesses extensive experience in coaching and managing within the financial sector, currently serving as a coach for entrepreneurs in the hospitality and construction industries at Qredits since 2015. Since 2011, Eugene has been a team leader at ING, managing a team of approximately 16 portfolio managers, where responsibilities include coaching, complex case facilitation, and handling critical negotiations with clients. Prior to this role, Eugene worked at ING Bank NV from 1992 to 2010, specializing in managing business and personal credit portfolios facing payment difficulties, as well as crafting tailored credit solutions for SMEs. Eugene's educational background includes completion of a Starting Manager course at De Baak and studies in business administration at SPDA and MEAO levels.
