Paula Kundreckaitė

Paula Kundreckaitė has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Paula began as a Scientist at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University and a Researcher at Center for Physical Sciences and Technology (FTMC). In 2017, they were a Scientist at Malmö University and a Sr Risk Management specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where their role description included establishing an Enterprise Risk Management framework, raising risk culture maturity, and preparing Business continuity plans. In 2019, they became a Member at Toastmasters International. Paula is currently a Risk and Business Continuity Manager at Qredo, beginning in 2022.

Paula Kundreckaitė has a comprehensive education history. Paula obtained their Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University between 2013 and 2017. Paula then went on to earn their Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the same university between 2018 and 2020. In 2021, they began pursuing a Certification in Enterprise Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management. In addition to their formal education, Paula has obtained several certifications, including ISO 22301:2019 Implementation Training Course from BSI in September 2022, Cryptocurrency Foundations and Foundations of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) from LinkedIn in August 2022, Designing and Delivering Effective Exercises Training Course from The Business Continuity Institute in November 2020, Social Media Management from Coursera in November 2020, and ISO 14971:2019 Risk Management for Medical Devices: Requirements Training Course from BSI in March 2020.
