Yulia Stefanova - Krasteva

Yulia Stefanova-Krasteva has a background in Human Resources and People Operations. Yulia began their career in 2015 as a Teleagent with Spanish language at TELUS International Europe, where their responsibilities included receiving around 30 calls and sending more than 10 emails per 4 hours, as well as treating customers in a polite way and making quick decisions to solve problems.
