Serena Apicella

Serena Apicella is currently the HR Director for Italy, Belgium, and Luxembourg at QSRP, providing strategic HR support and fostering a high-performance culture. With a strong background in academia as a Professor at Università LUMSA, Serena teaches Project Management, Diversity and Inclusion, and Human Resources Training and Development. Previous roles include Strategic HR Business Partner at Sasol and HR Director across various organizations, including Birra Peroni and Value Retail, where Serena implemented change management initiatives and enhanced organizational capabilities.
