Darren O'Brien has held multiple positions in the banking and technology industries. In 2018, they began working at Qstream as a Customer Success Manager, Consultant, and Associate Consultant. In their role as Associate Consultant, they helped sales teams drive sales transformation, build an effective coaching culture, accelerate new hire onboarding, align core messaging, manage competitive threats, and enable continuous sales, field service, and channel support. From 2016-2018, they worked at Bank of Ireland Corporate and Markets as a Corporate Official, managing the banking needs of Corporate Customers in a portfolio of 50+ high profile Multi National Companies, Aviation Leasing Companies, Global IT Companies, Pharmaceutical Companies and Financial Services Companies. Prior to this, they worked at Bank of Ireland as a Digital Customer Advisor, promoting, enhancing, and implementing digital banking channels for their large customer base.

Darren O'Brien has a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Business (Hons) in Entrepreneurship and Management from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology which they obtained between 2011 and 2015. Darren also has a High School diploma from CBC Monkstown Park Dun Laoghaire which they obtained between 2004 and 2010. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from Professional Development in February 2021, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Professional Development in April 2019.
