Eirik Aavitsland

Eirik Aavitsland is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the field of Qt development, particularly in embedded systems. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at The Qt Company since October 2014, Eirik has previously held senior engineering roles at Digia and Nokia. Eirik's career began at Trolltech ASA, where significant contributions were made as both a Senior Research Engineer and Qt Product Manager, overseeing various company functions. Prior to that, Eirik spent time as a Senior Software Developer at Ericsson. Eirik holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), obtained in 1992.
