Sondre Ager-Wick

Sondre Ager-Wick is a seasoned professional in the fields of user experience, design strategy, and product development, currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Qt Group since April 2024. Ager-Wick co-founded Mellom Design in November 2015, providing consulting services in product, design, UX, and strategy. Previous roles include Design Director for Cisco Collaboration Devices, where Ager-Wick led a team focused on various design aspects for video devices, and Director of Design Strategy at Microsoft, setting design direction for Microsoft Phones. Ager-Wick also held multiple positions at Nokia, including Head of Design Strategy & Foresight, overseeing global design strategies and leading design management initiatives. Early experience includes roles at Seymourpowell and The Sorrell Foundation, complemented by an extensive educational background in industrial design and business design.
