Samantha Kieley

Samantha Kieley serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Case Management Solutions at QTC Management, Inc. since December 2021, bringing extensive experience from First Rehabilitation Resources, Inc., where a distinguished career spanned from April 1992 to December 2021, culminating as Vice-President of Operations and Director of Vocational Case Management. Kieley also held roles including Case Management Supervisor and Rehabilitation Counselor. Education includes ongoing executive leadership development at the Keenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, alongside a Master of Arts in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the same institution.
