The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for leading the forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and sales productivity optimization processes, providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modelling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of monthly and annual budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for various departments and projects.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and manage sales productivity reporting, supporting strategic planning and operating plan development and deployment.
  • Identify sales productivity optimization opportunities such as sales coverage, territory configuration, productivity enablement and compensation design.
  • Manage Quadbridge’s sales compensation reporting process, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of reports, and continuously improving the process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
  • Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Be actively involved in defining and monitoring Quadbridge’s KPIs based on formulated strategic plans and forecasts.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
  • Model long-term growth projections and determine the business elements that influence them.
  • Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, math or a related field, and at least five years of experience in a financial role

  • Expert financial and revenue modelling and analytical skills.

  • Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications

  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis and management reporting.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Capability to lead projects throughout an organization.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
