Manon Grosset

Manon joined Quadia as an Impact Analyst in 2022. With a master’s degree from Paris Dauphine-PSL University in Sustainable Development and Organization Responsibility, she brings to Quadia her knowledge of sustainability issues and corporate responsibility.

During her previous experience at Sirsa, a french CSR consulting firm, she worked with large companies and asset managers to help them identify sustainability risks and set up extra-financial indicators and action plans.

Committed to contributing to the emergence of a fairer and more sustainable economy, she works with the rest of the team to apply the company’s vision to the entire investment process and to support portfolio companies in their efforts to achieve positive impact.

Manon also studied Management and Economics at Paris Dauphine-PSL University and as an exchange student at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies in Pune, India.
