Katrina Storr-Stronach

Katrina Storr-Stronach, CHRL has a diverse work experience. Katrina is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Quadient since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Rust-Oleum Canada for over a decade from August 2011 to April 2022, holding the position of Senior Human Resources Manager. In 2010, they briefly volunteered at Junior Achievement. Katrina started their career at IBM Canada Ltd. in 1997 and held several roles including HR Program Manager/Project Generalist, ibm.com Program Manager, and Marketing Manager, Small Business. Their responsibilities at IBM included managing country-wide programs, initiating change, leading interdisciplinary teams, and launching new initiatives to drive business growth.

Katrina Storr-Stronach, CHRL, obtained their Graduate Certificate in HR Management from Seneca Polytechnic in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their MSc. in Biology at the University of Waterloo from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, they earned their BSc. in Biology with a Minor in Mathematical Science from the University of Guelph between 1991 and 1995.
