Rob Daleman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rob began their career in 1998 with Maple Leaf Foods, where they completed a management training program in various roles including logistics analyst, plant production analyst, and finance analyst. In 2001, they joined Carlisle Technology as a Marketing Manager and stayed with the company until 2004. Rob then moved to Dell, where they held multiple roles including Inside Sales Representative, Brand Marketing Manager, and Senior Marketing Manager. In 2009, Daleman joined Avaya as a Senior Director of Marketing, and in 2014, they transitioned to Quadient, where they held several leadership positions including Vice President of Marketing for different divisions. Their most recent role was as Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Marketing at Quadient, a position they held from January 2019 onwards.

Rob Daleman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Wilfrid Laurier University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Rob then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on IT and Marketing at the Schulich School of Business - York University from 2000 to 2001.
