Helene Lesage

Helene Lesage is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the HR Operations Excellence Manager at Quadra Chemicals since September 2017, Helene supports HR strategic goals and provides comprehensive organizational support for Food manufacturing and Chemicals distribution operations in Ontario. Previously, Helene worked as a Bilingual HR Business Partner at Bridgestone for eight years, guiding management across five provinces on various HR matters for over 400 employees. Helene’s background also includes entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Dreamscape Art Studio, and significant roles at CIBC/EDS Canada, where skills in HR quality assurance, policy interpretation, and employee training were developed. Helene holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College, complemented by various other educational credentials.
