Ada Offonry

Ada Offonry is currently working as a Talent Acquisition at Quadrature since October 2021. Prior to this, Ada founded Ada Offonry Coaching in July 2019, specializing in Career & Executive Coaching for senior professionals and executives. Ada also worked as the Head of Quant Recruitment at Henlow Recruitment Group and as the Head of the Midwest Permanent Team at SThree. Ada's experience includes building revenue-generating teams in technology and financial services recruitment, as well as recruiting quantitative traders and researchers globally at Maven Search. Ada holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics from the University of Warwick.
