Roger Wiederkehr

Roger Wiederkehr began their professional career as an Intern at the Office of Migration and Integration in Kanton Aargau, Switzerland in 2011. In this role, they were part of the digitalisation team, responsible for file management, digitalization of files, and supporting team members.

In 2012, Roger worked as an Airfield Defence Guard for the Swiss Armed Forces. Their duties included access control, patrolling airbases, and monitoring the surrounding areas.

Following their military service, Roger returned to the Office of Migration and Integration as a Temporary Caseworker in 2012. Roger was assigned to departments requiring support and was responsible for tasks such as renewing residence permits, reviewing family reunion requests, and issuing immigration visas.

In 2015, Roger interned at Oliver Wyman, where they worked on various projects, supporting project teams with independent research, model development, time and task management, and the compilation of presentations and key deliverables. Roger demonstrated the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and consistently maintain high-quality work.

After their internship, Roger returned to Oliver Wyman in 2017 as a Consultant. Roger undertook significant projects, including customer data cleaning for a European bank, where they developed algorithms and set up automated data cleaning processes, resulting in significant time savings. Roger also worked on a LIBOR strategy project, producing an operational inventory for the bank to identify pain points for their LIBOR transition program. Additionally, Roger served as a Data Scientist for a global bank, where they led the analytics work stream and developed a fraud detection engine using machine learning algorithms.

Most recently, in 2019, Roger joined Quadrature as a Data Strategist. Further details about their role are not provided.

Roger Wiederkehr's education history begins with their completion of a Bezirksschulabschluss in General Studies from Bezirksschule Fahrwangen in 2007. Roger then went on to pursue a higher education at Alte Kantonsschule Aarau, where they obtained a Matura degree in General Studies from 2007 to 2011.
