W Mark Van-Sluytman has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. W Mark currently serves as the Manager - Commissioning and After-Sales at Quadrogen Power Systems, Inc. since February 2021. In addition, they are the Founder and President (owner) of Bast Solutions, starting from January 2021.

Prior to these roles, Van-Sluytman was the Founder and President of Pure Extraction Ltd from January 2016 to December 2020. During this time, they oversaw all operations and was responsible for engineering, operations, commissioning, development, testing, and innovation of extraction equipment.

Before Pure Extraction Ltd, they worked as a Technologist at Quadrogen Power Systems from April 2014 to January 2015. W Mark also gained experience as a Service and Support Technologist at Xebec from 2009 to 2011.

Van-Sluytman has additional experience at QuestAir Technologies, where they held multiple roles including Field Service Technologist from February 2007 to present, Test Technologist from August 2006 to February 2007, and Manufacturing Technologist - R&D from March 2004 to July 2006.

W Mark began their career as an Electrical Apprentice at Bizmak Electrical from January 2000 to December 2003. Overall, Van-Sluytman has demonstrated a diverse skill set and a strong background in technical and leadership roles within various industries.

W Mark Van-Sluytman began their education in 1997 at the College of New Caledonia, where they studied Automotive Mechanics. W Mark attended the college for two years until 1999. Following their time at the College of New Caledonia, they enrolled at Georgian College in 2000. There, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology - Automotive Manufacturing, and they completed their studies in 2003. Finally, from 2011 to 2016, they attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where they obtained a BTech degree in Manufacturing.
