Emmanuel Sotomayor

Emmanuel Sotomayor has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Banquet Chef at The Club at Quail Ridge since February 2023. Prior to this role, Emmanuel has been a Lead Chef Brigade at The Breakers Palm Beach since August 2016 and has also held the position of Cook at Hyatt Regency Orlando since July 2014. Additionally, Emmanuel is an Independent Business Owner with World Ventures since April 2015. Emmanuel's educational background includes three years of university studies in Psychology at UPR Rio Piedras from 2004 to 2008.
