Jonathan Cruz is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at The Club at Quail Ridge since October 2021, Jonathan is involved in all aspects of banquet kitchen operations, training new associates, and managing food orders and scheduling. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Area Chef at The Breakers Palm Beach and Sous Chef at Hyatt Regency Orlando. Jonathan has also held the position of Sous Chef at Peabody Hotels and Resorts and was part of the opening team at Hilton Worldwide, leading VIP ceremony dinners and training initiatives. Jonathan holds a Culinary Arts Certificate from Mid Florida Tech and a high school diploma from Cypress Creek High School.
