The team, comprising roles such as Executive Sous Chef, Banquet Chef, Market Attendant, Food and Beverage, and Chef De Cuisine, orchestrates gourmet meals for both casual and formal settings, manages banquet operations for events in the 300-seat ballroom, and ensures premium service standards in all dining facilities within the club.
