Kouren Jouldjian

Kouren Jouldjian has worked in the engineering field since 1994. Kouren began their career as Manager Production Engineering at Kyocera America, Inc. In 2004, they moved to Polese Company as Senior Program Engineer, where they were responsible for the design and manufacturing of new ceramic packages for the telecommunications industry. In 2015, they joined SANTIER, INC as Quality Engineering Manager, where they implemented and maintained the Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D. Kouren also led the team responsible for completion of ISO 9001:2008 re-certification audit by 3rd party registrar in December 2015 and certification to AS9100D in August 2018. In 2020, they moved to Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions as Supplier Quality Engineer IV, where they were a quality member in the organization’s Technical Review Board (TRB) and Team Leader for Receiving Inspection MRB group. Most recently, in 2022, they became Director of Quality Assurance at Quake Global.

Kouren Jouldjian obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University between 1987 and 1991. In December 2015, they obtained a certification as an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor from Exemplar Global, Inc.
