Jose Angelo Marchesin

Jose Angelo Marchesin has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Jose Angelo is currently serving as the Sr Executive VP of Operations & Integrated Supply Chain at Quaker Houghton. In this role, they oversee manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, facilities and engineering, capex, and operational excellence across 7 countries and 900 employees.

Prior to their current position, Marchesin worked at PPG Industrial Coatings as the Sr Executive VP of Operations and Supply Chain. Jose Angelo was responsible for managing up to 26 manufacturing facilities in various regions. Jose Angelo'saccomplishments in this role included driving operational transformation, reducing operating costs, maximizing productivity and capacity, and implementing operational excellence strategies.

Before PPG, Marchesin worked at Owens Corning in various roles. Jose Angelo served as the Director Of Plant Operations- AMERICAS, where they led strategic operations and incorporated supply chain into business-to-business ordering. Jose Angelo also served as the Continuous Improvement-Quality Director West Roofing & Asphalt, where they implemented quality control standards and achieved cost reductions in multinational regions.

Earlier in their career, Marchesin worked at JBS as the Director of Continuous Improvement and Total Quality, and at Owens Corning as a Plant Operations Manager, Quality & Process Manager, Engineering & Lean Manufacturing Manager, Process Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer Lead.

Throughout their career, Marchesin has demonstrated a strong focus on operational excellence, supply chain management, and driving cost reductions.

Jose Angelo Marchesin has an education history that includes an MBA in Management from West Texas A&M University, obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to this, they completed an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 1999 and 2001. Jose Angelo'sacademic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, which they completed from 1992 to 1996.
