Luiz Gustavo Araujo has extensive experience in supply chain management and leadership roles. Luiz Gustavo has held positions such as Director of Global Integrated Business Planning at Quaker Houghton, where they oversaw planning processes and resources within the Integrated Supply Chain organization. Prior to that, they served as Senior Director of Supply Chain Process Improvement at SI Group, where they implemented end-to-end supply chain processes and tools.

Araujo also has experience as a Vice President of Supply Chain at both Rogers Corporation and Elementis Specialties, where they managed various aspects of the supply chain process. Luiz Gustavo was involved in the integration of Watercryl as the Integration Manager at Elementis Specialties Brazil.

Earlier in their career, Araujo served as the Global Supply Chain Director at Vertellus Specialties, where they established demand, supply, and capacity planning processes for global standardization. Luiz Gustavo also held supply chain leadership roles at Honeywell - Electronic Materials and Rohm and Haas Company.

Throughout their career, Araujo has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills, successfully overseeing and managing various projects from conception to completion. Luiz Gustavo has a strong financial background and has implemented ERP tools and policies and procedures for business development and management.

Luiz Gustavo Araujo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, which they obtained from 1977 to 1980. Luiz Gustavo later pursued an Executive MBA at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1993 to 1994. Additionally, they completed a Marketing Certificate in Marketing at The Wharton School in 2004.
