Richelle Sowa

Richelle Sowa is currently the Head of Global Talent & Learning COE at Quaker Houghton, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Richelle served as the Head of Leadership Development & Organizational Effectiveness at West Pharmaceutical Services from June 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included enterprise-wide leadership development and change management strategies. At CSL from October 2008 to October 2019, Richelle worked as the Global Talent Management Leader, focusing on global talent management solutions within a large biotechnology firm. Earlier in career, Richelle held roles at Johnson & Johnson as an HR Generalist and in various positions at Merck and Accu-Sort Systems, beginning with an Administrative Assistant role. Richelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Ursinus College.
