Sofia Makri

Sofia Makri, Assoc CIPD, is currently working as an Employee Performance & Career Development Specialist at Qualco Group since July 2022. Sofia is also the Founder of AELIA Consulting & Coaching, where Sofia serves as a People & Culture (HR) Advisor. Additionally, Sofia is the Co-founder and Strategic Partner at AELIA, a Learning & Development Agency. Prior to their current roles, Sofia worked as a Special Advisor at the Ministry of Education, Lifelong Learning and Religious Affairs. Sofia has a Certificate in HR Management from CIPD Qualifications and a Master of Art in European Law and Public Policy from Panteion University.
