Role Overview

At QUALCO, we empower the financial world with innovative technology. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of our Applied Intelligence team in Athens and you'll play a crucial part focus on supporting commercial, technical projects and initiatives, in the IT areas of CRM and Integration. You will collaborate with technical teams to the delivery of client engagements, by understanding clients’ objectives, aligning your work to these objectives and setting personal priorities, liaising with others across all lines of business and taking accountability for own and team results.

 A Day in the Life of a Business Analyst at Qualco will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive business analysis to understand client needs and dissect business flows.
  • Acting as a crucial intermediary, translating complex requirements between technical and business teams.
  • Strategically analyzing large system needs, breaking them down into manageable components.
  • Crafting clear recommendations from complex data, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Cultivating enduring relationships across various organizational sectors.
  • Updating documentation frameworks, including processes, user manuals, and policies.
  • Evaluating and designing operating models aligned with client objectives.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers and external entities to analyze business requirements.
  • Experience conducting gap analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensuring business integrity by aligning proposed solutions with company standards.
  • Facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve client goals.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on delivering value to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
